Apart from eliminating commercial proceedings, many regulations have been changed with regard to evidence and enforcement procedures. Those changes are extremely important for any party which is about to file a claim. Currently, it is possible to adduce new facts and evidence in order to justify applications and to refute applications and allegations of other parties until the trial is closed. Additionally, if a party does not present its evidence and facts by the deadline set by the court, they will be omitted and the party will lose its ability to present them before the court in the further proceedings. In order to avoid your evidence being omitted by the court, it is crucial to substantiate that the failure to keep the deadline was not caused by purposeful or culpable acts, or the delay was caused by extraordinary circumstances which are not dependent on the party, or to prove that taking into consideration its evidence by the court shall not cause any unnecessary delay in the proceedings. Another important change in civil procedure that might be worth noticing for any party which is involved in enforcement procedure, is the change to regulations on fines for obstructing the professional activities of enforcement officers. The amount of fines which might be imposed on a party by an enforcement officer has been raised several times. This change is supposed to provide enforcement officers with more effective powers in enforcement procedures. The same amount of fine might be imposed on an employer who will fail to perform his duties during enforcement procedure.
